This 2008 Study was a "Prospective Evaluation of the Efficacy of Spinal Decompression via the DRX9000 for Chronic Low Back Pain. It was authored by Dr. John Bruce Leslie, M.D., (Department of Anesthesiology, Mayo Clinic), Dr. Joseph V. Pergolizzi, M.D., (Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Dr. Alex Macario, M.D., (Stanford University) Dr. Christian C. (Axiom Worldwide, Inc.), Martin Auster, M.D., (Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine)
Finding Summary was that nearly 90% of the patients treated with the DRX9000 procedure reported significant (over 80% avg.) pain reduction. The researchers concluded that due to variations in equipment technology, these results could not be equated with the use of non-DRX systems.
